Headphone Sculpture

The last step of my struggle on not failing my VA202 class (and I really do think I did fail anyway) was a sculpture from styrofoam (the type that is used for isolating buildings in constructions), and here is the only photo of it. It is the only photo because it broke into pieces because of the wind. So making this was pretty frustrating, because I couldn’t make a perfectly smooth surface no matter how I tried, but it was truly fun, though I think I will regret it because I should have gotten the I (incomplete) grade and worked harder on it.

So the purpose of this project was to understand what sculptural is, and how activating 3D space works. And of course, making a great job out of it including the time management and the project process along with the object chosen.
